Thanks for diving in with the immediate fix! These lines were added recently by @ChenyuWang98 in
Tagging for visibility, but I think it's fine not to do these wildcard migrations and stick to specific modules we want to migrate. Will merge as soon as the tests pass.

This pull request makes a targeted adjustment to the dependency management and package migration recipes in the Jakarta EE 9 migration configuration. The main change is the removal of the automatic dependency upgrade step for all
