feat: migrate minimal version of project to iOS 16.4

Update IPHONEOS_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET from 15.0 to 16.4 across all targets.
Use .navigationBarHidden(true) to replace deprecated .hideNavigationBar().
Replace .hideScrollContentBackground() with .scrollContentBackground(.hidden).
Update minimum versions for Swift packages
Remove unused or obsolete code to ensure compatibility with iOS 16.4.
