bug fix :numpy has no attribute 'bool8'

Description

I change gym/utils/passive_env_checker.py: if not isinstance(terminated, (bool, np.bool8)): to if not isinstance(terminated, (bool, np.bool)):
because module 'numpy' has no attribute 'bool8'.
