[k8s] Promote a selection of k8s/container attributes to RC

Changes

This PR promotes a selection of K8s and Container attributes to release_candidate.

Similar to #3215 and #3304.

open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-contrib#46644 aims to use the beta Semantic Conventions already in the k8s_attributes processor of the Collector.

This is part of #3120.

This is the last intermediate stability upgrade for these Semantic Conventions before making them stable.
The intention is to make the final call for feedback.

All suggested attributes are already in use from several Collector components as described at #3120 (comment):

• k8sattributes processor (from metadata.yaml and extract::metadata)
• resourcedetection processor
• filelog receiver
