Adds missing documentation from the following PRs:

Docker metadata support for app metrics: open-telemetry/opentelemetry-ebpf-instrumentation#1190
AWS Cloud metadata decoration: open-telemetry/opentelemetry-ebpf-instrumentation#1300
Azure and GCP metadata decoration: open-telemetry/opentelemetry-ebpf-instrumentation#1334
