Similar to #46644
Bumping version of semconv to 1.41 (through open-telemetry/opentelemetry-go#8324).
Release: https://github.com/open-telemetry/semantic-conventions/releases/tag/v1.41.0
In particular open-telemetry/semantic-conventions#3491 promoted the used attributes to
release_candidate(example).
