实战宝典 是我从谷歌的文档站上看到的,这个翻译更帅

This commit updates the code examples in the Chinese documentation for data types (`types_of_data.md`).

Variable names, string literals, and comments within the code blocks have been translated from Chinese to English. This change makes the examples more idiomatic and consistent with Nushell's English-based syntax, while keeping the surrounding explanatory text in Chinese.

There seems to be an issue with a shimming mechanism interposed by
chocolatey that turns a `Ctrl-C`/`SIGINT` from the controlling terminal
into a killing signal. Thus core functionality seems to be impaired:
- nushell/nushell#6428
- chocolatey/home#134
- There appears to be ways to configure chocolatey packages to not use
this shim. This responsibility would be on the package maintainer
- https://community.chocolatey.org/packages/nushell
- https://github.com/dgalbraith/chocolatey-packages/tree/master/automatic/nushell

Thus we can not recommend this particular package source until the
issues with that has been resolved.

Seeing the term "宝典" raises people's expectations higher, and it can come across as exaggerated or even somewhat tongue-in-cheek. Some may not particularly like this term. On the other hand, "指南" feels more practical and approachable, with a clearer meaning and broader applicability, giving the impression of a lower barrier to entry. Therefore, I do not recommend changing the translation.
BTW: This PR should not include so many unrelated commits
