Issue was first reported by @zowoq nix-community/infra#1266 who also managed to figure out a fix.

Need to update go-git/go-git@cd6633c

fix: support core.untrackedCache in git

Switches go-git to master for now until a new release is cut.

Related to: nix-community/infra#1266

Closes #293
