Description

Problem*

Resolves #9005

Summary*

The reverse CFG is not a CFG, i.e it does not always have a single entry node. As a result using the dominance frontier algorithm for the reverse cfg can fail.
We extend the CFG for this computation by ensuring there is a unique exit node.

Nice!

So the dead nodes were not in the reverse post-order, and caused reverse_post_order_cmp to panic. With the addition of the new exit node, all reverse post-order indexes will be shifted by 1, which should not affect their relative position, even if e.g. both b4 and b5 in the example are directly connected to it 👍
