Description

This PR adds branching support and idempotent morphisms + constrains to ssa fuzzer

Problem*

Resolves #8095

Summary*

Added options to disable some instructions, configure the maximum number of instructions and branching depth in a program
Added triage mods for crash analysis
Added branching support
Added some idempotent morphism and new mode for fuzzer, that constrains the results of idempotent morphisms (for Test for constraint heisenbugs in SSA fuzzer #8095).
