Since this is only a warning and not breaking, this looks good to me -- We can modify the implement signed integer issue to add a tasklist of the features we need to implement to regard it as completed.
A separate problem that the original issue surfaced, is the use of todo! for unimplemented signed integer operations which should return hard errors instead.
