Squelching ES version events on startup in the CF CI:

Describe the solution you'd like
Bump up maximum default credit

Describe alternatives you've considered
Maybe not squelch until in a running mode? Although that somewhat limits the usefulness of the squelching.

Could switch the event message wording to not say "error" or just ignore the returned send event error
