Add missing less and remove stray css file in src folder

Merged :) Thanks for this contribution. I suggest to put one more bootstrap-dialog.css under /src/css because long time ago people referenced to that location for bd styling. |

If you want /src/css/bootstrap-dialog.css to be included, I can easily add that to be generated in the gulpfile. |
