Use official changes HDFGroup/hdf5#860 to fix the build issue on Linux when selecting feature parallel.

Thanks @dg0yt for figure out the root reason.

Related: #24740.

Details

If you feel able to do so, please consider adding a "license" field to the following files:

  • ports/hdf5/vcpkg.json

Valid values for the license field can be found in the documentation
