test(bidi): unskip some Firefox BiDi tests

• some tests were accidentally skipped after chore(bidi): use firefox browser type with moz-firefox- channel #37696 because browserName is now the same for Juggler and BiDi
• remove timeout expectations for tests that don't timeout anymore
