Adds a regression test for ChilliCream#10166.
The fix itself already landed upstream in ChilliCream#10564 ("Fix pagination fields losing parallel execution"), which restores the ParallelExecutable flag on the connection and collection segment fields. That PR only pins the flags. This PR adds the end-to-end test for the reported symptom: a deferred fragment selecting a paged field, with a pass-through global field middleware registered through UseField, completes with the deferred data and hasNext false instead of stalling after the initial payload.
Test only, no production change.
