Convert /learn/getting_started* folders to Markdown (es)

This PR converts the /learn/getting_started* folders to Markdown for the Spanish locale, using my fork of the mdn-markdown repository, followed by manual tweaks as needed.

This is a cherry-pick of changes from #7431.

Disclaimer: I am an English content writer rather than a localization expert, and as such I strive to keep my changes purely editorial.
