Updates for Firefox 138 beta

The @openwebdocs BCD collector project v10.12.9 found new features shipping in Firefox 138 beta which was released today. Currently, the collector covers about 90% of BCD, so the following list might not be exhaustive. Also, if a feature is in Firefox Nightly only, it is not considered here.

With this PR, BCD considers the following 13 features as shipping in Firefox 138:

@Rumyra I don't see a coresponding issue in tracking for api.Navigator.login, api.NavigatorLogin, api.NavigatorLogin.setStatus - I might be blind.

Hi @Elchi3 - I meant the MDN tracking issue that one of the team is assigned so we do the work. Ruth has now created an issue for this. One of the reasons I love this collector run is it shows us bugzilla issues that were not tagged as dev-doc-needed.
