History

Remove some commands from history file:
- history.show
- exit/quit
- help
- config This should be done after more commands have been added, for testing purposes
Add history.delete command, if it appears useful.

Configuration

Centralize all code or objects pertaining to configuration.
Centralize in a single file all configuration settings THAT SHOULD BE TOUCHED DIRECTLY BY THE USER by editing the concerned file.
