Summary
Removes the "disable periodic tool sync" semantic from
tool_sync_interval(negative values) across the entire stack. Because the connection checker now drives both tool discovery and liveness/recovery in a single ticker, disabling it per-client would also silently disable health monitoring. A zero value now uniformly means "use the global setting" (falling back to the built-in 10-minute default), and negative values are rejected at every write path. This also fixes several related bugs: per-call clients losing their checker afterDisableClient/EnableClientcycles or a sticky→per-call flip, the global tool sync interval not being carried intobifrost.Initwhen nomcpsection was present inconfig.json, and the UI echoing back a nanosecond-valuedtool_sync_intervalon unrelated edits.Changes
tool_sync_intervalis now rejected at the HTTP handler (addMCPClient,updateMCPClient), the config store (UpdateMCPClientConfig), the config file load path (mcpClientConfigToTable), and the global config update handler.
