As mentioned in #226, a separate options page is a good idea. Probably not needed untill the new treeview for landmarks/headings/... is in place.

When this happens, the various browser styles-related markup should be removed from the options form.

* Move to a stand-alone options page on all browsers (taking some inspiration from  #157).
* Streamline the content of the Help page.
* Streamline styles.

Closes #227. Fixes #288. Closes #226.
