Breaking change: The support of JEST_JUNIT_OUTPUT env has removed.
Breaking change: screenfull.enabled is renamed to screenfull.isEnabled. TypeScript must import screenfull via require.

Instead, 1.23 beta is published as the latest version. (1.23.0-module.beta.1 was mistakenly released under thelatestdist-tag sass/dart-sass#818) We have to be careful not to bump to pre-release version.
