The "0.64.8" entry introduces six new user-facing strings (one version title plus five feature titles and descriptions) that are hardcoded in English. The file sits under web/app/[locale]/docs/changelog/, and 19 non-English locales are registered in web/i18n/routing.ts — all of them will render raw English for this block. The full-internationalization rule treats "changelog copy... not consumed from next-intl" as a failure condition for newly introduced strings; the prior-version entries are grandfathered as existing debt, but the 0.64.8 block is a fresh addition.
