The new 0.64.7 title and all feature title/description values are plain English string literals. This file lives under web/app/[locale]/docs/changelog/, a route the app serves in all 20 locales defined in web/i18n/routing.ts (ja, zh-CN, zh-TW, ko, de, es, fr, it, da, pl, ru, bs, ar, no, pt-BR, th, tr, km, uk). Users visiting those locales will see the English copy verbatim because the strings never pass through next-intl or any locale-specific message source. The full-internationalization rule flags new user-facing strings introduced in locale-scoped web files that are not read from a per-locale messages file.
