Review (independent subagent, correctness first): SHIP at 8d1d690

What I checked (read-only; nothing was built or run locally):

• Diff: one file, Packages/macOS/CmuxNext/Package.swift. Only the CCmuxAppFFI url and checksum change (2 lines in, 2 lines out).
• Release cmux-app-ffi-df4352d75349a4374f29caac31458c83d4a0c6dc exists (a prerelease). SHA256SUMS and CCmuxAppFFI.xcframework.zip.sha256 both say f31f6634638a23e3720563a811af4578d225fcd80431ba63f48ba9e0186a9314. SOURCE_SHA is df4352d75349a4374f29caac31458c83d4a0c6dc. GitHub's asset digest and my own SHA-256 of the pinned URL give the same checksum.
• df4352d75349 is on feat-cmux-next. From it to the current tip 35a1a909a11a, no commit changes an FFI input. I checked all 15 crates that cmux-app-ffi reaches by Cargo path, plus cmux-tui/rust-toolchain.toml and scripts/cmux-next/build-app-ffi.sh. So no newer release replaces this pin.
• Release run 41825384133 (attempt 3), job "open the re-pin pull request": it logs "app FFI pin: sources match df4352d..." and "app FFI pin: release built from df4352d... with checksum f31f6634...". Then it verified this PR at this head.
• This PR's own "Check the app FFI pin" step passes. The same step is red on base pushes today, so this PR fixes that base red.
• Compile checks pass on this head: "cmux-next app compile (build fleet)", "cmux-next fleet Release compile" and "cmux-next/compile".
• The new binary brings in FFI source changes that are already merged on feat: R-INPUT S2a: the input router reduces each window's focus as the app's focus handle does (WindowFocus), Rust only #34929, sidebar: a group's Sort (Manual, Name, Recent), stored per group #33071, cmux-cloud-config: NEXT Cloud's config, auth and VM agent-key rules in Rust, over the app FFI and in the cmux vm CLI (step A) #34982 and cmux-app-ffi: generate cmux_motion_ffi.h with cbindgen, fail on drift #35307.

Red checks: this PR causes none of them. All are base findings.

• "cmux-next checks": the red sub-checks are "Default cursor" (CmuxNextDesign/Debug/NSCursor+DebugName.swift:10) and "Web bundle key inputs" (schemas/design-scale/design-scale.json is not routed). This PR does not touch these files. Base push runs at 13:37 and 13:42 UTC show the same two reds. base red: route the design-scale import and allow the debug cursor name table #35440 fixed both on the base after this PR's run.
• "cmux-next crash-class rules", step "Unrecognized-selector rule (super calls)": the same two findings (ThemedLabel.swift:92, DividerHandleView.swift:189) are red on base pushes from 13:10 to 14:02 UTC. One of them is a727959532e5, the parent of this PR. base red: crash-class check-objc-selectors (ThemedLabel, DividerHandleView) #35424 fixed it on the base.
• "nightly-guards / workflow-guard-tests / release-notary" and its wrapper "nightly-guards / Guard status": the same four nightly checks fail on every base push run I looked at (13:23 to 14:29 UTC). This PR changes no workflow. This one is still red on the base.

Not checked: "cmux-next swift test" and "cmux-next daemon tests" are still pending. I did not wait for them.
