Base red fix. Tier routing's test_every_routed_input_triggers_the_workflow fails on feat-cmux-next for the four skills/cmux-customization/* files. #33848 made those files cmux-tui tree inputs, but cmux-next.yml's pull request and push path filters didn't list them.

This adds skills/cmux-customization/** beside skills/cmux-cua/** in both filters. tests/test_cmux_next_route.py goes from 4 failures to 112 OK locally, and tests/test_cmux_next_checks_workflow.py passes.

Small: a two-line path filter change.
