Replace this unreachable nightly-next fixture.

The current workflow places both nightly-next jobs on Blacksmith: the app uses the owned trusted pool only for main push or schedule attempt 1, and the helper always uses blacksmith-6vcpu-macos-15. The current side label is therefore unreachable.

Changing only side to Blacksmith would align the labels but remove every job from job_pool(). The stuck and refused assertions would then bypass the rescue classification. Model the actual all-Blacksmith workflow and assert its reachable behavior, or isolate the old picker-based scenario under an explicitly versioned workflow fixture.

Review comment at @tests/test_ci_owned_pool_rescue.py at line 2284:
Update the nightly-next scenario in the CI owned-pool rescue tests to match the
reachable all-Blacksmith workflow, including its actual job labels and rescue
behavior; ensure the stuck and refused assertions exercise the resulting
classification through job_pool(). Alternatively, preserve the picker-based
scenario only under an explicitly versioned workflow fixture.

Make the fake serve the selected attempt.

For the attempt-2 cases, FakeAPI.attempt remains 1. Its jobs(..., 2) therefore returns the default completed Blacksmith job, not the stuck helper. watch() can stop without assessing the helper, and both no-cancel assertions pass. Set the fake’s attempt to attempt and supply the helper fixture as rerun_jobs. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Update the attempt-2 test setup using NightlyAPI and next_helper_run so the fake
serves the stuck helper for the selected attempt: pass the helper fixture as
rerun_jobs and set api.attempt to attempt. Preserve the existing finished
callback.

Compare the stalled-helper cancel time with api.first_cancel.

The final block checks clock.seconds, which is the clock value when the assertion runs. It does not check when the cancel happened. The fixture's app build runs until tick 400, so a cancel before tick 400 would break the rule that a started nightly is not cancelled. The check should use the recorded cancel time.

Update the final assertion in the stalled-helper test to compare
api.first_cancel against 400, rather than checking clock.seconds at assertion
time, so it verifies when cancellation occurred.
