CLAUDE.md (and AGENTS.md, a symlink to it) is the first thing an outside contributor's agent reads. It carried team operations: the Mac mini fleet, parallel-session and callsign rules, dogfood notification mechanics and CI cost notes. Those now live in cmuxterm-hq (cmuxterm-hq#672, merged first). What a contributor needs (setup, tagged builds, CI coverage, localization, shared behavior, relay authorization, public writing, regression commits, the merge rule) stays.

Flagged, not changed: cmux-tui/AGENTS.md:3 says not to run cargo on "Lawrence's Mac" and points at an hq skill; skills/cmux-billing/SKILL.md:17 describes the private cmux-admin app. Both are internal detail in public files but belong to their owners.

Two iOS simulator lanes were red but not required and not caused by this PR: package-conventions-lint fails on Packages/macOS/CmuxControlSocket/Sources/CmuxControlSocket/Wire/EventStreamReconnectPolicy.swift:22 (namespace-type), and ios-tests was not investigated.
