Switch drops tag-mismatched workspace snapshot

focusedForegroundConnection can resolve a previous owner by stored pairing while dropStalePreviousForeground still receives foregroundMacKey, which follows the authenticated tag. After a host adopts a tag that is not the stored authority, the demoted control subscription and the live workspace row no longer share a key, so the switch-away snapshot is removed. That used to abort to the legacy re-key path; with pool retention now independent of aggregation, the rows may not come back.

#15197) * test: a superseded control owner must keep the admitted session An RPC client generation closed while its dial is in flight never used the control lane, yet when the dial lands it retires the freshly admitted connection. Fails on this commit. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix: a superseded control owner hands back its claim, not the session When a newer RPC client generation replaced one whose dial was still in flight, the old transport found itself closed once the dial landed and retired the freshly admitted QUIC connection with explicit-redial. The replacement owner then saw control-lane-busy and dialed again, so every connect paid for two handshakes, and after a Mac stall the extra cycle cost about 17 s. That owner never read or wrote the control lane, so no EOF reached the Mac and the session is intact. It now only releases its claim (retiresConnection false) and leaves the session to the owner that replaced it. Owners that used the lane still retire the session on close, as #12324 requires, and revocation or scope changes close the engine directly. Cause
The Mac correctly treats control-stream EOF as termination:
MobileHostConnection.run()mapsreceive() == niltoremoteClosed/connectionClosed, and the host runtime closes the admitted Iroh connection withhostShutdown. The phone cleanup still treated the control lane as disposable, releasing its claim whileIrxPeerEngineretained the admitted session and its finished control stream. During switching, that left ownership and stream lifetime out of sync.Fix
