• 72afde8 chore(chart): mirror lobu#848 sessionAffinity + enable LOBU_CLOUD_MODE in prod (chore(main): release 3.1.1 #175)
• a63219d chore(deploy): drop workspaces PVC + remove prod replicaCount:1 (Phase 5) (fix(ci): use default release-please title pattern variables #178)

Resolves the check-drift failure on main and unblocks clean CI for future PRs.
