chore: bump owletto submodule (Sparkle key rotation)

Summary

Bumps packages/owletto to pick up lobu-ai/owletto#164 — Sparkle Ed25519 key rotation. New SUPublicEDKey in Info.plist matches the SPARKLE_ED_PRIVATE_KEY repo secret already updated on this repo.

After this lands, mac-release.yml should sign cleanly again (was failing since 2026-05-14 per #788).
