Bumps the packages/owletto submodule pointer to 2c767fd (lobu-ai/owletto#234, merged).

That owletto PR removes the benefit/marketing FeatureGrid blocks above the device-connect and connection-create forms — copy that duplicated capabilities the surfaces already expose — and deletes the now-orphaned FeatureGrid primitive.

Pointer-only bump; the merged owletto SHA is reachable on origin/main.
