When llm-d-incubation/llm-d-modelservice#145 is merged the modelservice will no longer create HTTPRoutes. step 09 will need to change to create it on its own. In the meantime, fixing the version of the modelservice chart to the latest version that works (v0.2.16) without change so that benchmarks still run.
