Summary

  • Publish the completed source-grounded analysis for issues [Bug]: Return null bodies for 204 and 205 in raw outbound transports #5109–[Bug]: Request full replay when a task-scoped continuation cannot be used #5124, including implementation paths, acceptance criteria and source fingerprints.
  • Checkpoint the ongoing delivery campaign with per-PR review, exact-head hosted CI, integration and closure evidence. Ten original issues are closed; six remain open with explicit requirements. The acceptance ledger is the current summary; earlier entries are historical checkpoints.
  • Keep the implementation campaign under _plan until complete. Detailed security working notes and internal orchestration identifiers remain in ignored scratch. This documentation change closes no implementation issue.

Verification

  • Independent publication review covered the 44 initial Markdown files; targeted re-review accepted the corrected status/ownership records and the added sixteen-issue acceptance ledger.
  • Fresh GitHub issue-state query confirmed ten closed and six open; git merge-base --is-ancestor verified all ten recorded landing commits against integration base 8a030721b3ffc909ca7d8b05ca0b7c873c1493a1.
  • git diff --cached --check passed. Static content search found no review-model attribution, other repository names from the working context, private local paths or shared-conversation URLs in the publication range. All 45 copied file hashes match the preserved source snapshot.
  • Local tests, typecheck, build, installation and runtime execution were NOT RUN under the campaign restriction. Applicable hosted checks remain required before integration.

Checklist

  • Scope stays focused and avoids unrelated cleanup.
  • Docs or release notes were updated when needed.
  • Security-sensitive changes were reviewed for secrets, auth, and unsafe defaults.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Documentation

    • Added comprehensive contract-gap analysis, evidence, issue-disposition, and implementation-planning records.
    • Documented proposed corrections for proxy routing, API-key usage, Lab isolation, schema handling, replay behavior, and related configuration guidance.
    • Added campaign status, acceptance tracking, review outcomes, source verification, and hosted-CI records for completed and outstanding work.
  • Chores

    • Recorded delivery and integration status for tracked issues, including merged work and remaining follow-ups.
  • Bug Fixes

    • No runtime changes are included in this update.

Maintainer integration into dev under MAINTAINERS.md by the authenticated project owner, not a self-approval. Reviewed head 128a47ea9db9b93ffc80fc2d42a2f4cddcc8f8c0; independent publication review and the final regression-scope correction are complete, with no unresolved review threads. Applicable hosted aggregate passed in https://github.com/lidge-jun/opencodex/actions/runs/35447844850 and target enforcement passed in 35447843670 and the latest duplicate control run. Runtime/build jobs are change-inapplicable and skipped, not claimed as executed. Current dev merge-tree is clean, native membership is empty and actor/base/head were revalidated. This checkpoint closes no implementation issue; six acceptance contracts remain incomplete. Local suites/typecheck/build/runtime were NOT RUN.
