Older versions of the /x/net/internal/socket package include a direct reference to syscall.recvmsg, which has been forbidden by golang/go#67401. See https://go.dev/doc/go1.23#linker for additional documentation.
This means that we need to update the version of /x/net that Pebble depends on in order for Pebble to be compatible with go1.23.
