Adopts the T3 0.1.4-nightly.20261027.3770 renames from the T3 update review (#49): pingdotgg/t3code#25423 merged the per-action MCP tools into action tools, and pingdotgg/t3code#25651 split Settings → Storage into Settings → Worktrees → Cleanup and Settings → Maintenance.

  • skills/implement/PREVIEW.md step 4 drives with preview_act (action: click, type, select, press) and preview_navigate.
  • skills/code-review/SKILL.md answers a child's question with t3_pending_request (action: "read", then "respond").
  • skills/housekeeping/SKILL.md points at Settings → Worktrees → Cleanup for the rules and Settings → Maintenance for "Last run".
  • t3-dependencies.md drops the two notes docs: T3 update review 0.1.4-nightly.20261027.3770 #49 added saying those skills still named the old tools.

Projects whose behaviour changes: every project that uses implement, code-review or housekeeping now calls the new tool names. None needs to add or rename anything.
