Collapsed resumable Action eyebrows used the neutral composer background even though the expanded drawer and completed Action cards used a warning tint.
This applies the same theme-aware warning tint and outline to the collapsed composer shoulder and completed Action cards while preserving the composer glass treatment. Focused component tests cover the variant and semantic classes.
