Transcript spacer insertion skipped children already detached by Textual's asynchronous removal; the guard and its regression test were both lost from this branch, so `/clear` could again crash in a long session when spacer recreation overlapped removal of a timestamp footer. Restores the guard and `test_spacer_mount_skips_detached_footer_anchor` exactly as introduced in #5516.
