Setting `display = True` on a hidden checkbox doesn't refresh its rendered check state in the same frame — Textual skips refreshing display:none widgets — so the first visible frame could paint a stale unchecked box before the value reactive reconciled. Reassert `relative_switch.value` in the same mutation as the visibility flip so both paint together.

Relative timestamp controls now appear after Created At and Updated At, and only when at least one timestamp column is visible.
Keeps the formatting option adjacent to the columns it affects and removes a no-op control when neither timestamp is shown.
