Rubric grader failures now identify the configured model and whether LangChain used provider-native structured output or tool calling. The same details appear in evaluation errors, logs, and LangSmith trace metadata, making provider-specific failures easier to diagnose.

Passing GraderResponse as the response format delegates strategy selection to LangChain's automatic structured-output handling. Previously, a validation failure exposed only the exception type and message, so it was unclear which model or response path produced it.

This change reports the configured grader model and infers the effective strategy from the resolved model profile, successful output, or structured-output exception. It falls back to unknown when the strategy cannot be determined, and trace instrumentation remains best-effort so observability failures do not affect grading.

affect descendants, deny and interrupt checks use bulk path overlap

error, `CompositeBackend` reports an unsupported-operation error when a
routed sub-backend cannot delete, and the tool is hidden from the model
