Previously `/mcp login <server>` was rejected with a warning when the local server was still connecting or its subprocess didn't yet exist. Queue the login via the existing deferred-action mechanism instead so it runs automatically once the server is ready. This queues the login via the existing deferred-action mechanism so it runs automatically once the server is ready — matching how a mid-run login already defers.
