pull-kubernetes-verify now uses regular golang, not gcloud-in-go
gcr.io/k8s-staging-test-infra/krte:v20210204-b06ec78-1.17 was manually pushed to the staging repo from k8s-testimages, everything else was search-replace to use the new/equivalent tag
