• RegisterTrial when TrialCR created Register Trial in DB #530
• DeleteTrial when Trial CR deleted and RetainHistoricalData is false (I think when delete experiment, its trials will be deleted in db automatically)
• UpdateTrialStatus when Trial CR status changed Update trial status DB operation #537
• ReportObservationLog when metricCollector get metrics and insert it into DB. [v1alpha2] Add labels for TFjob and PytorchJob in Metrics Collector #539 484
