This pull request fixes the unreleased functionality in
importBuiltKeystoneConfiguration(from 4262e50) to only swallowMODULE_NOT_FOUNDerrors. Additionally, this pull request bundles a number of small tidy up changes that are too tedious to pack into their own pull requests.4262e50 hadn't been released yet, so no changeset is required.
