Type of change
Description and Context
This fixes issue #3027 which is caused by a missing plug to allow the snap to query the locking status of the session. See discussion in PR #3028 for additional info.
Testing strategy
Tested on Ubuntu 18.04. Manually locking the session and by suspend automatically locks the database.
