So write a struct Module istead of using a raw BTreeMap.
Very big numbers are "rounded" to infinity.
Mainly to use the same Name type as key.

Progress: 2892 of 5945 tests passed in dart-sass compatibility mode. ### Breaking changes Lots of things have been moved around. See `Scope`, `Numeric`, and `Function` in particular. ### Improvements * Support `@use` of user-defined modules. So write a struct Module istead of using a raw BTreeMap.
Also introduce a Name to to use as a key in both Module and Scope, and lots of refactoring of scope.
