Improve backend list performance on multilingual sites

Pull Request for Issue #23090.

Summary of Changes

Same as #26465, #26482, #26483, #26485 but for staging. Improves backend list performance on multilingual sites be removing group clause from query.

Testing Instructions

Set up a multilingual site.
Create some articles/contacts/newsfeeds/menu items with and without associations.
View articles/contacts/newsfeeds/menu items lists in backend.
Check that items and their associations appear correctly.

Expected result

Works like before.
