… 1 active content language of language filter plugin is not active. Changed ordering of columns. Did some code syntax fixes. (only for articles list, rest is coming)
brings uniformity to the view so that we don't have some table items in different sizes.
Made featured articles list be in line with normal list. Changed 'feautured' to 'feature' where necessary. Changed 'Remove' to 'Unfeature' where necessary.
Made language_enabled and item_associations checks simpler. Fixed some issues of an undefined and/or boring nature.
Fixed javascript issues on dropdown. simplified and improved the methods in actiondropdowns.php

This rebased pull-request implements most of the results of the JUX Workgroup and Code Sprints
The original branch was jux here, but during the merges from master, some changes didn't merge properly.
So we had to redo all merges, and a few haven't made it yet in this initial pull request. But a good part are here already.
