Summary of Changes
Change padding right/left for submenus
Add negative margin right/left to submenus at level-3 and above
Testing Instructions
Run npm run build:css
Expected result
The submenus at level-3 and above are all aligned to the right (or left in rtl)
Actual result
The submenus are not aligned, the "boxes" are going smaller from level to level
