GetCardListResponsePayload probably has incorrect type

Hi,

here it's described as:

export type GetCardListResponsePayload = BaseResponsePayload & ICardInfo[];

but in the reality the response is described as:

export type GetCardListResponsePayload = BaseResponsePayload | ICardInfo[];

Make sense. There is initial architecture problem so I created draft version 2.0.0-0 to test them.
